How does Place Bridge's job-support service work?

It is a request-based service. You submit a short brief describing the role, the location and your qualification, and our team searches our employer network, makes warm introductions, and replies with matches or an honest timeline — generally within one business day. You get resume polish and interview coaching included.

Is this a job board?

No. We do not publish a live job board. Instead we take your request, check current openings in our employer network, and only come back to you when there is a genuine match that fits your qualification and location. The aim is fewer applications, better fit and faster offers.

What industries do you actively hunt jobs in?

Demand is strongest in aged and disability care, early-childhood education and childcare, hospitality, IT and digital support and business administration. Trades and community services cycle with seasonal demand — we tell you upfront what the market looks like when you submit.

Do I need to have finished a Place Bridge course to use job support?

No. Any candidate with a relevant nationally recognised qualification — from any RTO — is welcome to submit a job request. We will match you based on your qualification and your experience, not on where you studied.

How long until I get matched to a job?

Most active industries produce a warm introduction within one to three weeks of a request. Quieter sectors can take longer. We commit to an honest weekly update until you're placed or until you close the request.
