Place Bridge is an Australian education-services company built to close the gap between nationally recognised training and measurable employment outcomes. We work with students, RTOs and employers under one team — and we only measure success in completions, placements and hires.
Place Bridge was founded in 2024 on a pattern we kept seeing across the Australian vocational sector: students graduating with strong, nationally recognised credentials but no clear path to the workplace — while employers in the same industries were struggling to find work-ready candidates. The information was there. The connections weren't.
We built one organisation to link all three sides of that economy: nationally recognised courses through a network of vetted RTO partners, supervised placements with industry workplaces, and warm introductions into ongoing employment. Every partnership we sign — with a student, an RTO or an employer — is measured by whether it produces an outcome at the end. Not leads, not sessions, not clicks. Outcomes.
No dead-end enrolments. Every student who walks through Place Bridge has a placement pathway and a clear line of sight to employment — not just a certificate on a wall. Every RTO partnership is written against an intake target, not a retainer.

Named lead for every RTO partner. Runs scoping calls, agrees plain-English terms, manages co-branded campaigns and reports against enrolment and placement targets fortnightly.
One advisor per student — through course selection, enrolment paperwork, placement coordination, and job support after graduation. Scheduled check-ins, never a call-centre handoff.
Curates and vets the placement host network, manages employer relationships, and runs our request-based job-hunt service. Logs every introduction so nothing falls through the cracks.

Two things. First, we link all three sides of the training economy — students, RTOs and employers — under one team, so a student never falls between providers. Second, we measure success only in outcomes: completions, placements and hires. Activity metrics don't make it onto our scoreboards.
