Melbourne's care workforce is under sustained pressure, which is precisely why host placements can be hard to find on your own. Providers get approached by dozens of students each intake and most simply do not have the administrative capacity to answer them all. We hold standing relationships with our hosts, so your request goes to a facility that has already told us it has supervision capacity this month.
Every student moves through the same nine stages. Students, RTOs and host facilities all see the same live status — no status emails, no chasing.
